A friend of a friend developed the following site and is looking for input. All kinds of interesting economic info and graphs included there if you sort things using the tabs on top. You can sort the data from the “data” tab, and see how things looked over different time periods.

OT, though I’m still hoping one of the real estate sites will allow you to mark a property that isn’t listed and be reminded when it goes on the market.

Personally, I’d like to see a fully transparent public MLS with the listing, sales and loan histories; and where buyers and sellers can contact one another directly…but that will NEVER happen!

There is no need for the outermost ‘page’ container.
