Pretty cool site. Lots of info and easy to use graph.
I can’t think of anything right now that I’d ask be done on his site.
OT, though I’m still hoping one of the real estate sites will allow you to mark a property that isn’t listed and be reminded when it goes on the market.

Personally, I’d like to see a fully transparent public MLS with the listing, sales and loan histories; and where buyers and sellers can contact one another directly…but that will NEVER happen!

There is no need for the outermost ‘page’ container.
Page container is too wide. If your friend wants wide page your friend should use liquid layout.
