ParticipantSome lots from California West Homes were foreclosured. Their website is not active, probably they are out of business… ?
Gianni got sold out recently. Maybeck still has about 10 new houses left in the current phase and the last phase. Chanteclair got sold out fast too. It seems not much choices left in 4S.
I also want to know who take over John Laing Homes’ land in 4S, some houses are half built there.

ParticipantYesterday I noticed at least seven model homes going up in the empty lot area at the end of alva road. also they are almost finished with a new park in that area. seems like 4s will have two new builders developing. there are over 100 lots ready for homes in this area. hope this helped
