    Are we the ones that have missed the big fat giant bottoms that had walked by or something?

    The market out there is crazy, I am starting to really respect the banks and their agents and this government for doing a great job for creating crazy bidding wars going on again.

    I want to kick ass right now, kinda frustrated.

    (Instead, I got my ass kicked again!)

    The SD area is still down 20-50% off. Sure the cheap stuff will be bought up, but the bubbleriffic stuff still isn’t moving.

    Conclusion: everyone is telling you the same thing….. When you buy doesn’t really matter ….

    Most people love to spend and as soon as they can get credit they will openly accept it. Buying a house makes them feel better. We are
    subconsciously programed to think real estate investing is the key to true wealth whether it is or not.
