ParticipantYou plan on putting 25% down? Are you confident it won’t come down even 10% more? It could be a long while before prices come up again for condos. Tying up that much money for that length of time w/potential of further depreciation does not concern you? If you have that much money, why are you looking for partners?

Tying up that much money for that length of time w/potential of further depreciation does not concern you? If you have that much money, why are you looking for partners?
