    My friend is looking to move down to SD and he likes coastal areas. Are there any new development in the Del Mar area with a price range up to around $700k?

    I think they are building a new motel. For that he should be able to rent a room for as long as he likes;)

    DonaldDuckMoore, you are joking right? New development in Del Mar, and up to 700k? You need to get in the way back machine, I think 1995 is about where you want to be, though there wasn’t much new development even then.
