    This below link shows how optimistic others are investing in other places – especially when it comes to housing. I am not sure to invest 600K properties and finally end up with a huge bankrupt.

    Definitely I do not believe we will that CA housing would remain stay high further. To think otherwise would be justify to those who wait.

    I too not believe of housing to be remaind stay high. This is like part 2 of bubble crazy happen again twice now. It is huge impossible with a giant coming bankrupt.
