In addition to asking why foreclosures are not coming on the market (waiting for Obama, black helicopter conspiracy, creating the appearance of a better bottom line for the feds and investors, incompetence, etc.), maybe we also ought to ask: which lenders are actually putting their foreclosures on the market. This might be a way to identify cracks in the dam and get some insight into what is going on.
