Wawanesa was great for years. Had auto only with them, but after fires, I wanted umbrella policy. Wawa did not offer so we went with CSAA.

That was another lifetime ago, so their policies may have changed and may be less restrictive. Not sure. That was just my experience.

Tried to insure a house in Aviara, they said there were too many trees in the area. They are pretty strict..I have them for auto which is pretty good, but will jump ship if I can get a better package deal at another company.
