3673 NODs.
Need alot of help on those trustee sales. Lets hope the damn governments can focus on running the country and the state instead of jerking around the housing market.
SD Realtor , there is an error in the above link that takes you no file found content. Here is the modified link to those stats.

How do say that there is a lot help needed on Trustee Sales – if possible can you educate me a bit how that needs more help?

May 7, 2009 at 4:55 PM #394706SD RealtorParticipantThanks for fixing the link. We need help man! Mo mo mo trustee sales are needed. Our the kings horses and men are trying to put humpty dumpty back together with loan mods and phony money. It will not work but it sure the heck can delay things.
Look at the number of trustee sales in July of 08. Just think how much more inventory we would have had if the slope of that trustee sale line would have been left on its own since then.
For all we know both you and I could have found something we liked with that much inventory around.
So when I say needs help, we need more trustee sales to occur. That process needs to go unfettered. No moratoriums, no more legislation that slows down the process, no forced loan mods, just let it go naturally man.
SD Realtor, Excellent and you said well- sure the mo mo is on the way but Fed is trying to delay – but howlong?…and at what cost they fix this? and it will be another laiddown steps for next big recession or downturn economy already due to the way they chose- eventually we are the losers on the other side by sacrificing much of our Tax money for all these!!
