I’m curious what the experts think of the pricing on this townhome.

MLS# 090014087

What I do know is that the previous owner purchased for $390K 12/04. The bank bought off the loans at $332K and have it listed for $265,200. It’s been on the market for 40 days.

My main question is, do you think it is currently priced at or over market? It’s a bit hard to find comps since it’s such a small complex of only 14 units and surrounded by SFRs.
