    Just a friendly reminder (especially to some of you new homeowners).

    YOUR PROPERTY TAXES ARE DUE 4/10/2009

    Don’t be late, or you’ll be sorry 🙂

    Also, if you just bought recently…Watch out for those “supplemental” bills. (Your total tax bill might not be under just 1 bill). Best if you double check online.

    I am so glad I am not a homeowner…writing that big check every 6 months to a total wasteful government is such a bad feeling….

    My recommendation: Write a letter to Tim Geither and let him know you forgot about some of your off balance sheet assets that are all but worthless…

    See if he can subsidize your household by paying your property taxes until things get better….

    That is okay if you are not a homeowner because the gasoline tax kicks in on April 1. Don’t worry Macro, the state has plenty of ways to screw you.

    Oh yeah, the San Diego City Council is considering a pay raise for themselves.

    Lets not forget that your water bill will be going up this year and then another 15% next year to.

    Not sure if there is a way around that.
