I wouldn’t pay more than $300k for that POS.

Also, I don’t think that’s technically Rolling Hills Ranch.

That tiny kitchen in a 5/3 that’s almost 3000 sq ft? Shows how stupid the builders are. My 1100 sq foot house has a larger kitchen.
