I just got my weekly NOD report for last week and the times are a changing. Previously there was very little to no activity in Carlsbad. We are starting to see a definite and pronounced uptick. I’m not talking about dozens of properties but rather maybe a dozen or so that span a wider/nicer range than we had been seeing.
Now dont get all excited that this is going to make any difference anytime soon. My guess is that these properties most of which are OK but not great are still several months from seeing the MLS. With that said, we are at the beginning of what is coming and it will be interesting to watch.
Are those a dozen single family houses hitting the NOD’s, or townhomes, condo’s included too? Just wondering, cause it seems that the “attached” groups would hit before the houses do.
