Ok but most places in South OC were exorbitant to begin with. So now your rent is merely outrageous?

JoshMarch 20, 2009 at 1:45 PM #371013peterbParticipantInteresting. This week, my local fish wrapper had twice the usual number of rental ads in it. And I’ve been tracking it for almost 2 years. Large increases in inventory is the first phase towards lower prices.

This is very good for us bears, as lower rents should help knock out all the new “landlords” who wanted to rip off the renters with highly inflated rents. Woo-hoo! π
