She is so delusional. I am blown away that people are this stupid. She claims to be deceived, but that’s a little hard to believe, since she is a realtor. Ignorance of the law is no excuse. If she’s capable of reading, she undoubtedly must have read the contract that says if she doesn’t make the payments, the house goes back to the bank. GRRRRRR. This infuriates me to no end. Makes me so livid. I hope they arrest her ass.

I am sure she is an honest, fair person. She would have been just as adamant about reversing the loan and home purchase if the home price had gone up by 100%, as it had for most people who bought in the prior 10 years, and as she expected to happen to her, I am sure.
