Since the townhomes and twinhomes in CV are starting to take a hit, I was thinking of buying one next year, instead of a larger SFR home but farther away. I have not seen many large ones that went on the market. By large town-/twin-home I mean >1650 sf, 3 br+.
Which complexes are “better” (in terms of location, age, HOAs/MRs, floorplan, extra room/den/loft etc.)? Which ones I should stay away from?
I have seen and liked so far the largest plans in Montemar and Pelagos. I did not like the floorplan in Canyon Ridge. I know there are more complexes out there with large townhomes, but I haven’t seen them. I don’t think that many came on the market recently. E.g. Coral Cove, Antares, Windwood, La Plage… Are there some that you consider nice homes, good buys?

Now, on a different aspect, how much do you think these townhome will be at the bottom?
