ParticipantIn the Tuesday version of the tax bill, the VLF takes effect May 19, 2009 and the sales tax takes effect April 1, 2009.
That version of the bill also contained the fuel tax, which has been removed, but I don’t think there were any changes to effective dates for the VLF and sales tax.
