I like his stimulus package alot better then the proposed one that will pass this next week. Let’s look at the math….

900B is supposed to create 3M jobs. That equates to 300k per job. The quality of these jobs is mostly suited for city and state employees to build “infrastructure”.

A simplistic proposal from Ramsey was to basically award any company that shows a net gain of employees as long as those employees are hired domestically, not off-shored. This award would take the form of a 20k per employee tax credit. This not only preserves jobs but encourages things like r&d as opposed to giving someone a job just to have a job. It also keeps jobs in the private sector rather then on the tax roll.
