    “San Diego County’s slumping office market could be in for a longer downturn than previously expected, with a recovery not happening until 2011 and vacancy rates topping 20 percent.

    That’s the latest prediction from a survey conducted by the UCLA Anderson Forecast and real estate law firm Allen Matkins.”

    I work in the Sorrento Valley area; I don’t think there is a single building anywhere around here that doesn’t have a for lease sign on it.

    On a recent drive along the I-15, there were “Space Available” and “Now Leasing” signs on every commercial building I could see from the highway.
