But in his market in you want to sell you need to make it convenient for the agents to show you house and for the buyers to view your house.
Move out if you’re really serious about selling.

ParticipantI understand why you might not want a lockbox … heck, I wouldn’t want people like me tromping through my own home π
If your house is in a very active area / price point, and the listing agent isn’t too busy, I wonder if the weekend open house thing would work for you.
If not … see if you can get one of those electronic lockbox thingies. Like this:
