Don't worry too much about what your "dream" house might be worth in 6 months because someone else will have already bought it.

And who might that someone else be?   Well, it looks like that listing is now off the market. 

Nevertheless, we're entering a recession for Pete's sake!!  There will be plenty of choices when the recession is in full swing.
