With more and more Piggs crossing over to what one poster referred to the dark side I thought it might be interesting to have a place to post any recent purchase stories. And like proud new parents post up the photos. I’ll go first.
I purchased a 2700 sq ft custom house with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths on 2.2 acres in Murrieta. Paid $483,600 at the Trustees sale on the courthouse steps. The house was in move in condition and was “worth” about $975,000 at the peak.

Bought a cabin in Running Springs for 117k. It was a foreclosure and last guy bought it for 220k in 06. It needed a ton of work so I took it on and did everything myself in 5 months. Here are the updates I posted for the family over the period. I am glad it is over with. Im working on the final video now. Cant wait for the final crash to buy the primary now.
