WOW! Reading these very unhappy posts sure makes me glad we bought all of our San Diego properties waaaaaaay before 2000! At least 80% of San Diego homeowners would never consider paying the exhorbitant rents OR mortgage payments OR property taxes that have been referenced here.
Talk about stupid!!
