FWIW: Houserebate, has a listing of what recently sold and is pending, though it includes all 92130 (including the outlyer area), and it also includes attached/detach. Here's a dump of what there. Apologies to SDR for muddling the data, but i thought this might be of interest to some people. Didn't have time to sort out the attached versus detached ones. You can probably assume most things in the $600k range and below are attached. Don't know how current/accurate Houserebate is keeping this info though…so disclaimer applies.
