My two cents: SD, I understand why you would get offensive. However, I think you understand that people are down on realtors right now. Personally, I see nothing wrong with a realtor putting his flyers in a bank. If the bank was overrun with flyers from several agents, I’d think that was odd though.

Realtors even come by the house I rent, ring on my bell and market themselves. That’s ok, unless I’m busy. One of them came by my house to talk to me and hand out her card twice and that was ok because she presented herself in a pleasant manner. If there were a herd of them coming by, that’d be a problem.

SD, you strike me as an ethical realtor. There are those that aren’t. As far as marketing, you gotta do what you gotta do.
