Here are a couple of my favorite youtube guitar vid’s:
Here Santana plays “Wing’s of Grace” live. This seems to be the very recording that made it onto the “Dance of the Rainbow Serpent” box set. Just the first few notes of the first solo to me are sufficient proof that God exists!

Stevie plays “Little Wing” and proves again he was one of the best that ever lived. I’ve listened to this cut several hundred times and it still nourishes my soul. I’ve watched this video maybe thirty times and it still leaves me stunned at his ability to play:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zAG-kX_IlUw
one night I had insomnia and I listened to many back-to-back recordings so I could compare Stevie Ray Vaughan and Jimi Hendrix playing their respective versions of the same songs.
I had to conclude Stevie was a better guitar player. However, of course Jimi was one of the greatest also.

Who do you think a really under rated guitar player is? I say Lindsey Buckingham.
Eric Clapton claims Chet Atkins was the best Guitar player ever.
