Need your advice:

At July we made a cash offer to buy a REO. The 2nd day we got oral approval from seller agent but wait for written approavl form bank officers.
The contract says we will increase deposit to $200k after inspection contingence removal.

Around 8-30-2008 we finally got writen counter-offer and we signed and send back. It said the escorow is before or on 10-1-2008. We made 1% deposit to escrow account.

Then we are worried about increased deposit. It cost us $85 per day if we can not close on time.
Our agent send email to seller’s agent.

Now the inspection was done and just wait for some HOA documents.

But the seller aganet never response anything.
should we do: to increse deposit to make sure or still wait?
