Those look like very nice places, with a great location and great views. They will probably be able to find buyers if they price them around $1M.
For me a “fair” pricing on these would be around $400/sf, so about 720K. But that’s not going to happen for a while, maybe a few more years. Or it might not happen at all.

Probably too expensive but people really do buy those and with that view there is an outside possibility they might get it.
Stuff on Banker’s Hill with harbor views seem to make attorneys get all oozy buttery for some reason.
