    I apologize if this question has already been asked before, but how else are properties being sold if not hitting the MLS and not hitting big auctions like REDC. The reason I ask is that I watch 3 areas in a somewhat obsessive manor and I just ran the Redfin sales records for the past 3 months in those areas and saw a handful of properties that I never saw on the MLS or in REDC lists. AND the prices that they went for were almost attractive, hence my curiosity.

    I noticed that also and asked a question a week ago that got no answers. It seems some foreclosures get auctioned off by the FHA without ever being listed on the MLS.
