    Hello All,

    Been taking a bit of a break as this site can be tough on a lemming/FB/bag holder such as myself, but I’m currently looking for evidence to appeal my prop assessment which was lowered from 560k to 508k. I’m guessing it’s around 470k now. So I got 3 sales listed as of May 08 and they were around 460k or so, everything is good. I looked today as prices have surely dropped since May in 92126. Now I see this place selling in July 08 for 580k! What the heck is that? Maybe they had MC Hammer’s old solid gold faucets installed.

    Hmmm…is RedFin wrong on this one?

    Good find. I couldn’t see pics of the inside or outside. That is a nice canyon angle and definietly better then mine, it’s also like 5 years newer.

    I still wonder if that and I imagine an upgraded inside is really worth that price in this market.

    I guess each buyer to his own price.

    The interior is so-so. They really went all-out on the deck. Amazing what you can do with 750 sf.
