I don’t see anything on 767 Oaklawn Ave. Maybe her landlord has just stopped paying, in which case she still has 6 months to bank repossession.

After the bank takes it, does she have to get out, or how much time does she have then? The banks are working very slowly, right?

August 29, 2008 at 10:41 AM #263284EugeneParticipantShe is entitled to a 60-day notice to quit from the bank. In other words, she has at least two months after the foreclosure, possibly longer if the bank does not send her the notice right away.
And the best part? She does not have to pay rent to anyone during these 60 days.August 29, 2008 at 10:41 AM #263287EugeneParticipantShe is entitled to a 60-day notice to quit from the bank.
