    If one were to characterize the median house in San Diego, where/what/when would it be?

    Just trying to get a feel for that statistical marker in a very diverse local market.

    I think a previous discussion string seemed to converge on Claremont as the ‘where’. Don’t know what ‘when’ would mean sd-t2.

    By ‘when’ I meant age of the house, which I guess in retrospect is something of a function of ‘where’

    I would say since it’s clairemont.. 1950s-70s houses?

    Clairemont is still expensive though compared to Mira Mesa

    Where is Mira Mesa in all this? Is it considered a little bit of a step down?

    Are the mountain streets included in the median?
