    Did anyone catch that “Million dollar listing” show on Bravo? There is this kid, perhaps 20 or 21 at the most, driving a CLS500 Mercedes, with a mushroom shaped hairstyle.. looks ridiculous to even be taken seriously and apparently he is selling million dollar properties and making 6 figure commissions. They had not one but 3 or 4 of these kids.

    How much experience do these kids have in the industry to be getting million dollar contracts? Is this even real?

    One dude from this show was arrested for stealing art from one of the estates he was handling. Maybe he needed to make a lease payment.

    could be possible. But americans media loves to report on the exceptions to the rule, and americans love to believe they can all be that exceptional.

    Neither are realistic.

    For example, everyone likes to think they are the next Bill Gates, Eric S, Jerry Yang (though probably not recently). Very few actually are.

    Also, a nice car is hardly an indication of true wealth. A good portion of americans lease cars, because it’s the only way to get into an expensive car for them.
