These are all pretty dated, the one you are looking at has nothing really going for it, don’t buy it for anything over 250k. What tracts are you willing to live in, French Valley? Older La Serena stuff? Chardonnay hills? Narrow it down for me and I’ll float you some examples but the one you mentioned in your post is a 1989, no roll up door with a dated kitchen, that thing needs 50k to make it livable, offer 210K or you are better off with a repo.
