Same rule applies for detached homes in CV with a big HOA to cover common area. I'm also told that the Palacio (sp?) development near the golf course in CV (which in the past I clearly expressed was a dump) has also experienced severe HOA underfunding. Can't help but also notice a lot of owners are tried to sell from that complex.
