    I thought this could be a mistake and it is per annum but when I see a second house with similar Mello Roos fee then I thought it might not be a mistake after all. Could some one please verify this?

    Don’t worry about it. It is yearly. The MR number on the listings are often wrong. You need to check tax record for real numbers.
