    Just thought I’d hear a few folks chime in on the latest status of Saratoga and Derby Hills “holding value”.

    A chirpy bird says there is some inventory available now in Derby Hills. I also here Bridle Ridge is in brittle mode right now, haven’t not many homes closed. I also noticed that one Saratoga resale is still on the market for awhile.

    FLU I have heard the same as well. I have not been over there for a few weeks though so my information is second hand and I don’t want to spread rumours and dilute the integrity of the internet.
