hey all

I’ll be in San Diego today visiting some friends. Was planning to check out some developments to kill time. Looking for either:

4000sf+ home under $1.4m
or
2500sf home closer to the coast similar price range

Any recommendations? (Pls include address so I can map on my GPS)

Since you’re only in town for a day, I suggest making a low-ball offer for this property. You never know – the owner might be a motivated seller.
