Can someone help me understand the REO reports that are posted over at Jim Klinges site? Most of them kind of make sense, but I found one on the most recent report that confuses me.
The site address is 4855 Cole St. San Diego 92117. It shows a min bid of $187,585, yet the sale price is $35,680. The beneficiary is Washington Mutual as is the buyer, so I understand that it was bought back by the lender, but I thought the lender still had to meet the minimum bid price.
Another question, it shows that the trustor is AND, I’ve noticed this on several of the listings. What does it mean?
