Summerhill is a community of attached homes that are PUD’s not condos. This means you own your half of the structure and the land it sits on. One of the nice things about it is that is is entirely surrounded by SFR neighborhoods (Fieldstone and Summercreek). These homes were mostly built in the mid 80’s. They are located adjacent to Diegueno Jr High and attend Flora Vista elem.

VP is typically all the homes south of mountain vista but north of encinitas blvd with the exception of Villanitas which are the homes just east of the Ralphs Shopping Center and can only be accessed off Encinitas Blvd. Most of VP was built in the 70’s. They attend parkdale lane and much of the area includes condos and even some apartment rental communities.
