So this house was recently custom built (2008). But, it was already foreclosed by the lender & then changed hand once before being listed again.

I meant the prior sales information on the left side of the page link that I posted did not confirm that the house had been sold since 1993. So, my point was, if that was accurate, then the description that he listed about being bought out of foreclosure is not correct.
