I believe that shadowridge will continue to depreciate over the next two years. I would hop on those 320 offers and take them. Sell your home short and get out of dodge. Once done there are many experts who can help you work on your credit. I know HLS can help you with building your credit back up and I think there are others who posted here who are also experts on that topic, Contraman perhaps.

I know someone who lives there and raves about it. He has a pretty big lot and pool and seems to think his neighborhood wont be hard hit by depreciation – but I have no idea what he is actually basing this on.
