ParticipantI’ve seen the Lennar Community called Stonebriat at Wolf Creek.
Personally, I would not choose to live there for my own personal reasons which include a dislke of the cheap building materials used (the kitchen cabinets feel hollow and cheaply made) and the lots are very small.
I’ve also heard terrible things about Lennar homes from friends in other parts of the country.

ParticipantEver notice how most of these “great offers” from builders are never in decent locations?? Now, if they had a deal 10 miles from the beach or less, it might be worth passing along to those who are looking for homes–even if it is Lennar.
