I think I will take this as gospel and assume the bottom will occur in 2012. By then my assets will be well into the 7 digits and I will easily be able to pay cash for an inflation adjusted correctly priced home. Now I can relax while I rent. The assumption appears reasonable and just as good as any other assumption.
