Yep as more bank stuff comes to market we’ll see it go down a bit more. I’m guessing 2002 prices. Sales aren’t too bad this spring. But this summer/fall it will start to slow down again.

Carlsbad is a much better area than Clairemont. I posted my find on the Clairemont thread. I was excited to see a SFH for 270k there only b/c to me it means the land tsunami is slowly inching it’s way to the coast.
