    I used to be able to search our county website to find ownership names of properties. They recently revamped their website and I can’t find anything. Does anyone know how I can find the current owner’s name of a property on my street? They have a renter in the home and I would like to locate the out of state owners to inform them of a bad situation. This would be in Riverside County. Thanks!

    Cinder, depending upon if there is a HOA and what they are doing, you can notify the homeowner’s association.

    I’m curious to what they are doing that you feel you have to spend your time hunting down the owners in another state. Care to share?
