I suspect that in this market, no agent can afford to boycott ANY property that is well maintained and being listed at a realistic selling price.
Based on what I’ve seen on the MLS, properties that are priced correctly for the market are definitely getting sold. It’s the 80% of the properties priced at the sellers “wishing it were ’05 or ’06 price” that are sitting gathering dust.
