This show is interesting, however a much better show would be the follow up on the selling aspect of all theses homes. Not all of these stories end up with flippers making thousands. Sometimes the home doesn’t sell and you don’t find out what really happened to the owner.

— but if you wait for the copyright at the end all these houses were rehabbed in 2005. What I can never understand is why the contractors appear hours behind schedule, make huge mistakes, etc. If I were being filmed for a national audience, I would do the utmost to make my business look great.March 11, 2008 at 9:39 AM #167646CMcGParticipantI’m kind of addicted to reruns of “Property Ladder.” The people make huge profits — often selling above list price

Where is the drama in things going smoothly?
Most of it is scripted or filmed to look as if the problems are much more dramatic than they actually are.
Never think for a moment that reality tv is your reality. LOL
