    Hey Rich

    I was watching some stuff on YouTube about the housing market and ran into you and Lee Sterling on some WB show called Take 5. It was in 06.

    What do you think Mr. Sterling would have to say now besides “Now hold on”?

    Superb. How fortunate that they were recorded..

    Now……
    We have to be fair to Mr Sterling. Rich did back him not a corner at the end and he admitted there would be a downturn.

    Unfortunately Wall St and the big banks were not listening to the show.

    Watch Sterling when Rich explains speculators at about 4:30 in the fist one. He is so confused.

    There are so many nuggets in that video that I’d love to hear Sterling reply to now.

    I saw this video a while back, and not too long after there was this post on piggington.

    Someone with too much time on their hands should start a blog – or a thread here – with links to videos in youtube (or anywhere) from the last two years which show some of the bad predictions / bubble naysaying, etc.

    Maybe include some quotes in there as well.

    Organize it all by date, put some charts next to it.

    Would probably paint a pretty neat picture.
