Hmmmm. Looks like that little 2 acre storage-zoned parcel for $100K in Barstow is looking like a better place to park my money. Your thoughts?
Do a really good due diligence/feasibility study, as if you were going to bring about its “highest an best use” even if you intend to leave it vacant. Maybe there is a reason somebody hasn’t built it out already. Maybe some kind of incurable problem is priced in.You probably know this but just because it has the zoning doesn’t mean the use realistically works at the site for some functional or economic reason.
Once you have has a RE bug it is hard to stop looking. A guy named Deal Hunter must have the bug so you might as well look into it. You always learn something,even if you don’t buy it.
